Dinner Choices:
Creamy Pesto Fettuccini -
(Fettuccini pasta with imported pancetta, sun dried tomatoes, and gulf shrimp tossed in our creamy pesto sauce)
Country Rigatoni -
(Rigatoni tossed with imported pancetta and Italian sausage in a light tomato cream sauce)
Tuscan Chicken Pasta -
(Grilled chicken, penne pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted in garlic in a cream sauce)
Italian Walleye -
(Fresh Wisconsin Walleye coated in Italian bread crumbs, pan seared and topped with tomato bruschetta and balsamic glaze and served with angel hair pasta)
Scallops Risotto -
(Pan seared jumbo Diver scallops topped with fid chutney and served with creamy parmesan risotto)
The CWVC will pay for the meal and two beverages/cocktails for members in attendance. Dessert will be available to order as well.
